    ACCOUNTING ADVISORY CONSULTANT (REMOTE)

    Pay: $70-85 (W2) | $90-$110 (Corp to Corp / 1099)

    Start Date: ASAP

    Number of Roles: 2 (Two)

    Contract Length: 3+ Months. This client has multiple projects ongoing. There is a high likelihood of contract extension.

    A leading global investment bank is seeking TWO highly skilled and versatile Accounting Advisory Consultants to support their growing client base and increased deal flow.

    This role requires experience with revenue recognition adoption, stock compensation, and financial statement preparation.

    As an Accounting Advisory Consultant, you will:

    • Participate in revenue recognition adoption, stock compensation, and financial statement preparation

    • Research technical guidance and market practices around accounting and financial reporting issues

    • Provide accounting advisory support and research to clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards.

    • Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital raising, and financing structures.

    • Prepare and present accounting findings and concepts to management and other stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CPA is required

    • 5-8+ years of Transaction Services experience is preferred, no more than 10.

    • Big 4 Public Accounting and/or Management Consulting experience is strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated understanding and application of capital markets and valuation concepts

    • Strong current knowledge of Revenue Recognition, Stock Compensation, and Financial Statement Preparation

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
