    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a skilled Resource Manager to help assist their contingent labor team across the US.  This is a 100% REMOTE position that may extend past the 4-month duration.


    Support the combined team of Capacity and Resource Management/Contingent Labor in serving internal clients.

    • Provide administrative support to the Resource Manager and Contingent Labor team.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the firm. Communicating with upcoming needs, hiring and capacity.

    • Anticipate and prioritize customer service needs/administrative needs and deliver high-quality service and results.

    • Understand the firm’s service lines, industries, and client engagement structure in order to work effectively with stakeholders and clients.

    • Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of client personnel and client service personnel.

    • Serve as a team player and display an interest in becoming a subject matter expert in subjects of interest.

    • Strong MS Office skills including excel, word, outlook, SharePoint

    • Responsible for data management


    • A solid understanding of the firm’s business and operations as well as a basic understanding of finance

    • Excellent organizational skills, detail and deadline-oriented

    • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High degree of comfort using computer software and other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Office), including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Aptitude to learn and leverage new technology

    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while balancing needs of the business
