    Temporary Accounting Associate – Chicago

    The Role

    RedMane has a full-time opportunity for Temporary Accounting Associate as we continue to grow our Chicago-based practice. The Temporary Accounting Associate will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager and Accounting Staff through normal accounting workflow cycles.

     

    Skills & Role Requirements

    The Temporary Accounting Associate will need to have

    • 1-3 years of Accounting experience

    • Experience with QuickBooks data entry

    • Expertise with MS Excel

    • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable familiarity

    • General Administrative and Accounting awareness

    • Invoicing verification

    • Reporting
