    Recruiter (REMOTE) : Candidate must be local to Austin TX

    Pay: $25-32 (W2)

    Contract Length:  6-12 Months. The client is offering potential Contract to Hire - FTE / extensions 

    Locations: (REMOTE) : Candidate must be local to Austin

    A Fortunate 500 Facilities Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and detailed Recruiter to support the Human Resources team, sourcing and attracting top talent for the company.

    Recruiter will be recruiting for: Technical hourly : engineers, building engineers, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning),  electricians, plumbing, maintenance workers, janitors, drivers (CDL A, B), general labor, IT Technicians, Supervisors, welders, facilities maintenance, etc. 

    The ideal Recruiter will:

    • Develop and execute local, regional and job specific recruiting plans and determine staffing needs.
    • Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events, job fairs, and other creative strategies.
    • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person) and recommend top candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
    • Coordinate with the hiring manager to present offers of employment.
    • Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics. 
    • Report quarterly on recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, gaps and success rates on sourcing strategies.
    • Serve as recruiting subject matter expert to team members and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques and other related topics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2 yrs. of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment, the candidate must have experience in a high-volume staffing role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate must have the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office.
