Our large Public Accounting client is seeing an HR Risk Operations Consultant in a contract or contract-to-hire REMOTE capacity. This is an operations-based role involving process design/implementation, development of workflows and standard operating procedures, COVID-19 client requests, and inbox management. Other duties will include reporting, process refinements, and administrative tasks as assigned.
HR Risk Operations:
o Provide program and project management to drive best practices, tools, techniques, and methodologies as necessary to accelerate execution and delivery
o Assist team in identifying the linkages/interdependencies with other initiatives and functions
o Understand and communicate cross-functional impacts to new/refined operational processes
o Facilitate proactive and ongoing risk evaluation
o Organize workflow distribution based on defined criteria
o Develop and maintain workflows, standard operation procedures/checklists for HR-related engagement activities
o Design and develop client-driven health and safety procedures, policies including COVID-19
o Request and evaluate client intake form and formulate/execute on actions items with speed and excellence
o Draft executive-level communications and coordinate onboarding requirements to engagement teams
o Collect/validate vaccination information and manage collection and record-retention of waiver/authorization forms
o Communicate list of “cleared” engagement team members with engagement team and HR stakeholders
o Develop and manage new processes including but not limited to, new hire procedures related to vaccine requirements
o Perform administrative support, including management including COVID Support/vaccine inbox
o Routing of requests for accommodation/exception to the appropriate contact
o Utilize various systems and regularly update staffing eligibility for existing and new personnel
o Follow up & compliance procedures related to vaccine mandate
o Manage labor law poster and other compliance activities
o Perform other related duties as directed by Colleague Relations & Compliance team.
HR Client Support:
o Inbox management
o Provide HR responses and supporting documents for client diligence questionnaires
o Facilitate collecting GT waiver/attestation forms and other requests for sensitive data
o Manage sensitive information and update systems in real-time
o Reporting and expense reconciliation
o Provide real-time facilitation support and assist with project and risk management of the entire engagement lifecycle.
