    Role: Supply Chain / Logistics / Parts Analyst

    Location: Racine, WI

    Pay: 19 / HR + 1.5x overtime


    The qualified candidate will have:

    Bachelor’s Degree OR Associates degree and

    3+ years of experience in Material Supply or recent college grad with the supply experience.



    Preferred Candidate


    Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management

    Experience in Data Analytics



    Job Description

    Through its people and brands, Industrial delivers power, technology and innovation to farmers, builders and drivers all around the world. 

    We are currently seeking a Specialist who will expedite with internal constituents and external vendors in order to meet the expected system fill. They will analyze and plan inventory by implementing ordering guidelines to meet targets. As needed, the Specialist will work with cross functional teams including other Material Functions, Purchasing, Engineering, Depot Operations, and overseas affiliates in order to meet established Service Levels.

    Responsibilities include:

    Pro-actively contact supply base to expedite parts deliveries for depot orders to achieve world-class levels of after sales support and customer satisfaction

    Utilize Common Spare Parts System (CSPS) for order placement and supplier collaboration activities

    Provide high level of product support and customer satisfaction while optimizing the inventory of the company

    Review and expedite parts to resolve availability and scheduling issues that arise

    Communicate to resolve parts shipments in timely manner

    Provide accurate follow up information on parts orders placed on suppliers, subsidiaries, and plants

    Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers; Responsible for supplier on-time delivery results

    Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workflow in a fast paced environment.
