    Sales Enablement Program Manager | Contract to Hire

    • Pay: $30-35/hour

    • Contract to Hire

    • Location: Escondido, CA

    A well known Leadership Development firm is actively seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager. The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the development of current and new enablement initiatives for stakeholder across the organization including direct sales, channel and global partners. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to develop and implement sales enablement programs and strategies in alignment with the company's go to market strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works with Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to update and implementsprocess for the successful onboarding of new sales reps.

    • Introduces, monitors, and tracks milestones and metric, and ensures successful completion of onboarding activities for direct sales and indirect partners.

    • Partners with Marketing to leverage latest marketing assets

    • Partners with Sales Leaders to determine if training or coaching is needed to meet needs.

    • Manages and administers the implementation, usage, and training of sales enablement technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

    • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, WebEx, Zoom, project collaboration software, and sales enablement systems.

    • Presentation skills a plus

    • Preferred four-year degree in business or related field.

    • 3-5 years of prior experience in sales enablement, project management, customer service or other role supporting online platforms.

    • Experience supporting sales teams
