    Contract Adminstrator | $25-30/hour | Remote

    • Pay: $25-30/hour
    • Start Date: 10/18 or sooner
    • Duration: 3 Months or more
    • Location: Remote

    The Contract Administrator is responsible for partnering with the Sales Team, Project Managers, Finance and other internal teams to create and execute contracts that are legally sound and expertly administered. In this role, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as document creation, formatting and editing, as well as maintenance, entry and clean up of the Gateway database.

    Duties of the Contract Administrator:

    • Acts as a liaison between clients and internal associates to achieve timely and accurate contractual documents.
    • Reviews, negotiates, and manages sales contracts, professional services agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements.
    • Reviews contracts prior to client review to ensure they follow established company guidelines.
    • Identifies gaps in contracts, including areas of exposure for the company, and obtains additional information from relevant internal stakeholders to draft complete and accurate statements of work.
    • Responds to contract requests in a timely fashion, with goal of turnaround to client within five to seven business days of request initiation (assuming request contains all relevant information necessary for processing).
    • Monitors and tracks contract requests through Gateway contracting program and monitors return of signed contracts.

    Requirements:

    • Analytical mindset and expert attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of and skill in using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of sales process and contract administration preferred.
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent in paralegal studies, business, or related field.
