    Assurance Audit Consultant | 4-6 Roles | Remote (New England Preferred)

    • Pay: $60-$70/hour / 1.5X for Overtime

    • Start Date: Targeting November 15th, 2021

    • Duration: 5-6 Months

    • Location: Remote, New England Area Preferred. In some cases, a remote/on-site hybrid working arrangement may be required.

    A Top 10 Public Accounting Firm is seeking multiple Senior Assurance Audit Consultants with for this coming busy season. This contract is targeting a November 15th start date and go through March/April of 2022.

    Responsibilities:

    • External audit of the firm's cleint base.

    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and internal stakeholders.

    • Manage and lead multiple engagements at once.

    • Direct fieldwork daily and inform client/stakeholders of the engagement status.

    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.

    Qualification

    • 3+ Years of External/Assurance audit experience, within a national or large regional public accounting firm.

    • Diverse client and audit experience is preferred. Previous experience working with Manufacturing, Retail, Tech, and P/E is highly preferred.

    • CPA preferred, but not required.

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Caseware experience is preferred, but not required.
