    Accounting Consultant | Reconciliations | Remote

    • Duration: 2+months

    • Pay: $50-$60 W2 + Overtime

    • Location: Remote, supporting west coast hours.

    A 1.2 billion-dollar organization is searching for 2-3 highly skilled Accounting Consultants for a project to reconcile various balance sheet accounts in preparation for year-end closing.

    The ideal consultant will have expert user knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012) and have hands on knowledge of report creation, data extraction, data dumping, general ledger account research and general system navigation without further training. 

    Accounting Consultants must be HIGHLY PROFICIENT in:

    • Account Reconciliations

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Prepayments

    • Inventory

    • Fixed assets

    • Accounts Payable

    • Accruals

    You will also...

    • Prepare the account reconciliations in the provided excel templates and obtain independent support per company accounting policy.

    • Verify subledgers tie out to general ledger and financial statements. If applicable, prepare reconciling items with all support included and present findings to the Hiring Manager.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated history within a Private Equity/Public company / $1 BB+ annual revenue high volume transactions.

    • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX (version 2012)

    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel; v/h-lookups, pivot tables, sumifs, index/match, nested if/than statements, data mining, Macros a plus.
