    Job Description

    The Resource Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Strategic Resource Managers in the staffing and scheduling process. Areas of responsibility will include gathering and documenting information about staffing for client projects and current and future scheduled status of client-facing personnel using established processes and procedures. This is a 100% REMOTE position with the option to go full-time.

    The Resource Management Coordinator will support the supervising Resource Managers in serving internal clients by:

    • Following established processes for resource assignments and scheduling

    • Being responsible for data management related to scheduling and project assignments

    • Learning and working with scheduling and project management software and platforms

    • Communicating with resource managers and potentially with external client service teams regarding staffing needs

    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively

    • Excellent organizational skills, deadline-oriented and flexibility to meet changing needs of the role

    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High degree of comfort using computer software and other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Office, SharePoint, and Teams), including excellent data management capabilities

    • Aptitude to learn and leverage new technology related to resource management

    • Ability to anticipate and prioritize customer service needs/administrative needs and deliver high quality service and results.

    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while balancing needs of the business

    • Experience in Resource Management/Operations/HR

    • Experience in professional services industry, specifically public accounting, is preferred
