    Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants

    Pay: $85-$100/hour (1099/C2C) or $70-80/hour (W2)

    Start Date: 3/14/2022

    Contract Length: 6-12months

    Location: REMOTE

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a team of experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants to assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build in Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, and Absence Management for the client’s international locations.  These roles are 100% REMOTE and can be either contract or contract-to-hire in 6-12-mo increments.

    The Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants will require the following skillsets (defined by role).

    Role #1: Talent Management Lead

    MUST HAVE SKILLS (Talent Management Lead)

    • Full cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management (release 21x) – design, configuration, testing, remediation, deployment
    • Full cycle talent management business process and procedures – goals, performance, talent review, succession planning, calibration, etc.
    • Aligning talent data elements in profile, skills, performance to other Oracle Cloud product areas – recruiting candidate, job, job descriptions details

    Top 3 LIKE TO HAVE SKILLS

    • Implementation of Oracle Recruiting Management
    • Understanding of Catalytic performance systems

    Role #2: Recruiting Cloud Lead

    MUST HAVE SKILLS (Recruiting Cloud Lead)

    • Full cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Cloud (release 21x) – design, configuration, testing, remediation, deployment
    • Full-cycle recruiting business process and procedures – requisition, evaluation, selection, offer, onboarding
    • Aligning recruiting candidate, job, job descriptions details to other Oracle Cloud product areas – skills, profile, performance, etc.

    • Implementation of Oracle Taleo recruiting
    • Implementation of Oracle Talent Management

    Role #3: Absence Management

    MUST HAVE SKILLS (Absence Management)

    • Multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud AM
    • Client facing experience
    • Functional lead role experience

    Top 3 LIKE TO HAVE SKILLS

    • Oracle Cloud HR & Payroll implementation
    • Functional/technical Oracle Cloud HR Suite experience
    • International HR deployment experience

    Responsibilities for the Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants:

    • Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
    • Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
    • Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
    • Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
    • Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
    • Provide post-production support.
    • Manage full life cycle implementations.
    • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
    • Identify business opportunities to increase the usability and profitability of information architecture.
    • Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
    • Other general and administrative responsibilities include participation in meetings and preparation of minutes as appropriate

    Requirements for the Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants:

    • Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
    • Experience with Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applications
    • Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle HCM Applications
    • 5-7+ years of Oracle HCM design and configuration experience
    • Consulting experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, and/or other ERP Systems
    • Experience with implementation or administration of Oracle Workforce Development Solutions including Talent Management, Performance, Goals, and Talent Review.
    • A proven functional/technical professional with at least a full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
    • Skilled as a team member or team lead on at least one full cycle implementation
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle tables, configuration, rules, and parameters
    • Proven ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects
    • Strong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
    • Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
    • Experience managing complex full-lifecycle technology projects.
    • Proven experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
    • Preferred certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Development Cloud – Talent Management
