    KRONOS APPLICATIONS ANALYST

    Pay: $50-$60/hour (W2) plus 1.5X Overtime

    Start Date: 3/21/2022

    Contract Length: 1+ Year

    Location:  Newport Beach, CA (onsite)

     

    A Midsize Health Systems Company is seeking a Kronos Applications Analyst for a 1+ year  project, to work onsite in Newport Beach, CA. 

     

    Responsibilities of the Kronos Applications Analyst: 

    • System design and set up, training, and quality assurance monitoring

    • Assess all requests for scheduling system enhancements, coordinating system upgrades

    • Manages system security, and coordinates and integrates with other software systems 

    • Serves as subject matter expert for Kronos Workforce

    • Schedules both from the self-service and admin user end.

    • Creates advanced reports for Kronos Workforce Scheduler ensuring they meet end-user requirements. 

     

    Requirements for the Kronos Applications Analyst:

    • 2+experience with payroll or staffing applications preferably Kronos.

    • Position may require occasional travel between various locations.

    • On occasion, the position may require working outside of normal business hours including evenings weekends primarily for the purpose of system upgrades or downtimes.
