    Financial Analyst (Project Coordinator)

    Pay: $40-$50/hour (1.5X Overtime)

    Start Date: 3/21/2022

    Contract Length: 1+ Year

    Location:  Newport Beach, CA (onsite)

     

    A Midsize Health Systems Company is seeking a Financial Analyst (Project Coordinator) for a 1+year project, to work onsite in Newport Beach, CA.

     

    Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst (Project Coordinator) : 

    • Participates in project coordination and daily financial tracking & reporting of the organization’s strategic project.

    • Financial reporting/tracking for operating and capital expenses, while ensuring timely and accurate financial information/reporting are ready to use by management and leadership.

    • Maintains solid knowledge of project management, financial reporting, financial performance monitoring/tracking, and other standard operating procedures.

    • Monitor and track Project financial performance and develop routine financial reporting

    • Monitor and track all Purchase Orders, validating budgets, categorization of Capital vs. operating, PO consumptions, PO balance, and tracking/reporting of all active POs  

    • Ensuring project is on-track financially and performing within budgets/schedule 

    • Proficient in data loading, data grooming, financial analysis and reporting using Excel formulas and functions such as Pivot table, etc. 

    • Create and distribute biweekly/monthly, and daily financial reports to various management teams.

    Requirements for the Financial Analyst (Project Coordinator):

    • 2+years exp as a Financial Analyst or similar 

    • Budget to Actual exp

    • Expense Tracking exp

    • Advanced Excel

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
