    Sr. Sales Recruiter

    Pay: $30-$40 (W2)

    Contract Length:  6 months contract to hire full time 

    Location: Atlanta GA

    Job Summary

    Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Sr. Sales Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting "best in industry" sales professionals for business-to-business (b2b) professional sales and leadership positions across the US. The Sales Recruiter will help guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. Together with internal business partners, this Senior Recruiter will proactively source professional sales talent in a competitive market segment, develop and execute staffing strategies, enhance the company’s visibility in key recruiting channels, and help position the client as an employer of choice amongst target candidates.

    Primary Responsibilities


    • Professionally communicate with prospective professional-level sales candidates to facilitate the hiring process through in person, email, text and phone with a primary focus on driving the recruiting process.
    • Virtually visit all hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department’s culture and use that knowledge to market the client to potential candidates.
    • Execute an adaptable and flexible hiring plan, including sourcing, pre-qualifying and closing offers with desired candidates to meet changing business needs
    • Develop candidate leads, resume searches, job fairs, college recruiting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct sourcing.
    • Create and publish professional recruiting materials and advertising on both internal and external systems
    • Conduct structured candidate interest assessment to determine the best fit against open jobs.
    • Manage offer process, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turndowns.
    • Drive job applicant flow by leveraging multiple techniques, strategies, and programs including talent pool database mining, job postings, networking, social media marketing, cold calling, research, internet searches, and job boards searches.
    • Address employment-related questions from internal clients, hiring leaders, and job seekers.
    • Actively communicate with hiring managers and recruitment team on recruitment activity at the hiring center to ensure alignment with broader recruiting strategies, hiring demand, and client needs.
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Education, Required Skills & Competencies


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
    • 7+ years’ experience in fast-paced Talent Sourcing or Recruiting.
    • 5+ year experience communicating with higher management.
    • Recent experience sourcing for professional, technical, or business development talent in competitive market segments.
    • Corporate or staffing agency recruiting experience strongly desired.
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Be teamwork-driven and have experience working with other teams/departments.
    • Proficient in communicating face-to-face, over the phone, and electronically.
