    Kronos Implementation Consultant

    Pay: $95-$110/hour

    Start Date: 4/18/2022

    Contract Length: 5 months (may extend)

    Location:  REMOTE (with some travel)

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a Kronos Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler Implementation Team Lead to direct the Scheduling work stream for a Kronos Workforce Central Implementation for 5 manufacturing locations. The go-live for the first stage of this project is 9/30/2022 and the role could possibly extend to 12/31/2022. This Kronos Implementation Consultant role is a remote position but will require travel to the manufacturing plants (perhaps 3-5 trips total).

    Responsibilities of the Kronos Implementation Consultant: 

    • Focus on documenting requirements, designing and leading testing, and overseeing deployment

    • Potentially assist in configuration build in Kronos

    • Provide weekly status reports

    • Scheduling requirement documentation for 5 locations

    Requirements for the Kronos Implementation Consultant:

    • Strong capability/certification on Kronos Workforce Central Advanced scheduler (certification is nice to have but not required)

    • Experience scheduling a manufacturing workforce

    • Project/Implementation experience

    • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to be part of a team

    • Ability to travel 20-25% to client sites
