    CONTROLLER needed immediately | Commercial Real Estate Firm | $80-$90/hour

    • Start Date: 9/12/2022, or sooner

    • Duration: 6 months

    • Pay: $80-$90/hour (W2)

    • Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)

    A growing Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a skilled Controller to assist with a variety of real estate specific projects over the next 6 months. Full time employment may be available at the end of the contract term. The firm is located in Newport Beach, CA.

    Real estate accounting and recent experience with the Yardi suite of tools is required. CPAs are highly recommended.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Controllership experience is preferred

    • CPA

    • Recent Real Estate Accounting experience

    • Recent experience using Yardi

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

    • A background in Public Accounting is nice to have
