    IMMEDIATE NEED | SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER | $75-$85/hour (W2) / Up to $100/hour (1099/C2C)

    • Location: New York City
    • Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office (Tues, Weds, Thurs), 2 days remote (Mon, Fri)
    • Pay Range: $75-$85/hour (W2). Up to $100/hour (1099/C2C)
    • Duration: 6-12 Months, or more
    • Start Date: Sept 6th, 2022 or sooner.

    Our client, a large media technology company, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing NYC team in a hybrid capacity (3 days in office, 2 days remote). To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have at least 8 years of recent HR Business Partner experience and possess a strategic thinking, problem solving, and influential personality. In this role, you will report directly to the head of Client Services and will support both the Client Services team and the Go to Market branch of the organization.

    The interview process will begin with a video conference with the firm’s HR leaders. Once this is complete, candidates will meet with other executive leaders and stakeholders in a virtual roundtable setting.

    Hard Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is highly preferred
    • Minimum 8, ideally 10+ years’ recent experience as a Sr HR Business Partner or higher
    • Active certifications in any/all of the following: PHR/SPHR/GPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
    • Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leadership: VP, SVP and C-Suite
    • Experience working in Media is plus, but not required
    • Workday experience is a plus, but not required
