    Financial Due Diligence Contractor (Buy-Side) | Manufacturing Industry | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site) | $70-$80/hour (W2) / Up to $100/hour (1099 Corp to Corp)

    • Start Date: Nov 1st, or sooner

    • Contract Length: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)

    • Pay: $70-$80/hour (W2) / Up to $100/hour (1099 Corp to Corp)

    • Location: Niles, IL (close suburb of Chicago, IL)

    • Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

    A highly acquisitive manufacturing company, located in Niles, IL, is seeking 1-2 Financial Due Diligence contractors to join their Corporate Development team ASAP. Candidates with buy-side FDD experience, coming from a Big 4 or large consulting firm, with previous manufacturing experience are a home run for this role.

    Additional Details:

    • Looking for candidates that have Transaction Services or buy-side M&A / Corp Dev / PE experience. Strategy background is a plus.

    • Able to work 3 days onsite in Niles. 2 days remote.

    • The Corp Dev team is small. All members share an “all hands on deck” attitude, regardless of titles.

    • Ideal candidates should be very comfortable with modeling; PPT creations, and managing diligence PM activities.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years TAS / buy-side FDD experience

    • Manufacturing industry experience

    • Big 4 or Large Consulting firm experience is a plus

    • Previous Corp Dev experience is a plus

    • CPA is a plus
