    IAM Analyst

    Pay: $15 - $22 w2

    Contract Length:  6 months contract (potential to extend contract) 

    Location: remote (wfh / Candidate will be required to work Central Time Zone)


    • Manage incoming ticket requests from end users for ISIM provisioning, process system access change requests.
    • Ensure access requests submitted in the system; and are completed and fully documented in ServiceNow.
    • Update Snow ticket request to ensure status is maintained from receipt to completion.
    • Act as 1st line of contact for end users requesting access.
    • Work with requested to clarify access request which are ambiguous and/or not properly; and
    • Contact requestors (where necessary) to address any questions or secure clarification on any request issues; Liaise with the business to secure timely access approvals. 
    • Observe organization Segregation of duties guidelines in the provisioning of access request; and
    • Perform key control activities (segregation of duties), reconciliations, and ensure all required process steps are completed without exception.
    • Meet or exceed management SLAs for management of tickets.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement for the provisioning of access via ISIM. 
    • Work with the ISM team to address any issues, problems, and/or risk. 
    • Document and/or update process documentation for the management of the end user request to the SNow Queue for ISIM request. 
    • Any other IDM & Access management of request as delegated by client management.
