    ASSURANCE CONTRACTOR NEEDED FOR BUSY SEASON | $60-$70/HOUR (W2) + 1.5X OVERTIME

    A large public accounting firm is seeking an Assurance Contractor for busy season 2023.

    • Pay: $60-$70/HOUR (W2) + 1.5X OVERTIME. Depending on Experience

    • Start Date: 1/3/2023, or sooner

    • Contract Length: 5 Months

    • Location: REMOTE

    Project Details: This project consists of one large audit of a shipping and logistics company. This is a large complex organization with several operating divisions all involved in transportation. The primary business involves operating 12 ocean going container ships.

    Systems Experience (preferred):

    • Caseware experience is a plus, but not required

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years external audit experience (public accounting or large consulting firm)

    • Experience auditing shipping and logistics companies. Preferred experience in international shipping and logistics

    • CPA is a plus, or partial credit toward completed exams
