    AUDIT MANAGER NEEDED FOR BUSY SEASON ASAP | UP TO $85/HOUR | REMOTE

    A mid-sized public accounting firm, specializing in fund accounting and audits (Close Ended PE, VC, RE and Debt Funds.), is seeking an Audit Manager for busy season.

    • Pay: $75-85/HOUR (W2 or 1099)

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Contract Length: 5+ Months

    • Location: REMOTE

    Qualifications:

    • 6+ years external audit experience (public accounting or large consulting firm)

    • Experience auditing close-ended investment funds (PE, VC and/or Private debt.)

    • Experience leading and overseeing a team (lead in-charge senior role not a supporting senior) is REQUIRED

    • Experience reviewing and testing investment roll forwards and internally prepared valuation models for privately held companies is REQUIRED

    • CPA REQUIRED
