    IMMEDIATE NEED: TAX CONSULTANT – REAL ESTATE/CONSTRUCTION

    • REMOTE

    • $65-$75/Hour (W2)

    • Up to $85/hour (1099/C2C Only)

    • Start Date: 1/23/2023, or sooner

    • Contract Length: 4 Months

    A west coast public accounting firm is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with Real Estate and Construction experience for a busy season engagement starting immediately. This role is fully remote. In lieu of Real Estate and Construction tax experience, Senior Tax Consultants with expertise reviewing complex partnership returns will also be accepted. This client is highly motivated and will interview/make offers quickly.

    Ideal candidates will have some tax review experience (1st level at least). This role does not require that you sign off on any client returns.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years recent tax experience with a public accounting or large consulting firm.

    • 1st level tax review experience.

    • Real Estate and/or Construction Tax experience.

    • Complex Partnership Tax experience may be substituted for recent Real Estate experience.

    • Active CPA.

    • Experience using CCH Access and Engagement tools are strongly preferred.
