    Location:  Seattle, Wa (100% onsite)

    Job Summary: `         

    Our Seattle based client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Administrator for a 4+ month contract with the possability of being extended.

    Job Summary:

    As a Regional Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Executive and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the regional office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Regional Executive, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the regional office, including overseeing administrative staff and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents, and ensure that they are distributed to the appropriate stakeholders.

    • Coordinate and execute special projects and events, including planning, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.

    • Manage the budget for the regional office, including monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports.

    • Ensure that all administrative procedures and processes are documented and updated as necessary.

    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of your work, including handling sensitive information and documents.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Executive.
