    Lexington, SC Client is looking for a Client Services Coordinator Immediately!  Position is ONSITE.

    Hours are Mon-Friday; 7:30 - 5 pm with flex schedule options. 

    The Project Coordinator is responsible for a providing a wide range of administrative support to the company including scheduling, managing employees, and assisting with payroll. Primary Job is to ensure all aspects of daily routine are coordinated between departments and consultants to ensure schedule is met. Customer satisfaction is the most important gauge on work performance in this position. Effective and timely communication is a must!

    Job Duties:

    •  Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for new construction

    •  Manage schedule, dispatch, and tracking of all warranty items, as well as keep warranty on-call list up to date

    • Ensure inspections and permits are kept up to date and communicated proactively

    • Collaborate with Purchasing, Shop, QC, etc. to accomplish company objectives.

    • Review Reports and act proactively and consistently to ensure objectives are met.

    Position Requirements: 

    • Two years’ applicable experience preferred

    • Strong PC & internet skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

    • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service

    • Must have a strong attention to detail

    • Strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently & problem solve

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
