    Job Overview:

    Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join their office as a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism. This is a vital role that requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial stability and confidentiality.


    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including but not limited to general ledgers, journals, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.

    • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

    • Reconcile and balance accounts on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

    • Assist payroll administrator with ADP payroll.

    • Coordinate with external vendors, such as accountants, auditors, and tax advisors, to provide necessary financial information and support during audits or tax filing processes.

    • Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

    • Collaborate closely with other members of the team to support various financial and administrative tasks as needed.


    • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field preferred

    • 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience

    • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Word, and Excel

    • Ability to work a flexible 25-hour weekly schedule that may include some evenings and weekends
