    • $20 to $28 hourly

    Opportunity Overview

    International Manufacturing Company seeking Customer Service Representative for call center. This will be a 6-month contract with the possibility of going perm at the conclusion. The position is on site in New Holland, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills and basic knowledge / understanding of finance / financing contracts.

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting

    • Ability to type 50 words per minute

    • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus

    • Experience in banking or finance related field considered a strength

    Responsibilities  

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests regarding changes to contracts such as address/phone number changes, collateral substitutions, transfers, debtor removal, etc.

    • Utilize business acumen and sound decision making to protect the company’s interest when negotiating changes to contracts.

    • Partner with dealers, insurance companies, lenders, and internal resources.

    • Provide outstanding service to all internal and external customers, partners, and vendors.

    • Suggest changes to procedures and workflows to increase efficiency and improve results
