    TRADE MARKETING MANAGER | FULL-TIME / DIRECT HIRE | Up to $144,000/year + Performance Bonus

    Our client, a global smokeless tobacco manufacturer, is seeking a Manager of Trade Marketing for their Richmond, VA HQ location. This is a full-time, direct hire role. The starting salary range for this position is between $108,000 - $144,000 + bonus (regional performance based).

    • Compensation: $108,000 - $144,000 annually + bonus (regional performance based)

    This is an immediate need. Start Date: ASAP

    College degree required in business, finance, economics, or marketing is required. MBA preferred.

    Experience in CPG Industry required. Sales and/or Trade Marketing experience is necessary.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Lead all aspects of assigned brand/category Trade support and be the main point of contact for Field Sales, Marketing and other pertinent departments.

    • Administer, track, and approve all elements of Trade Funding.

    • Support all trade elements of new item launches and cultivate new Trade programs.

    • Lead the development, publication & implementation of the annual Chain Account & Independent OTPA (including sales support tools).

    • Work with Marketing (brand) teams to develop promotional strategies that exploit opportunities and enhance our selling activities.

    • Develop, analyze, and prioritize business investment and cost saving opportunities.

    • Provide competitive intelligence to proactively refine GTM strategies

    • Play a key role in the roll-out of new products, line extensions – including new item distribution goals, volume estimates, coordination of sales materials.

    • Play a major role in coordination of Annual Budgeting process for Trade Development.
