    RETAIL TEAM MANAGER | FULL-TIME / DIRECT HIRE | Up to $112,000/year + Performance Bonuses

    Our client, a global smokeless tobacco manufacturer, is seeking a Retail Team Manager to support their Springfield, MO territory and manage all sales and operational functions in an outside sales / client facing capacity. This is a full-time, direct hire role. The starting salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $112,000 + performance bonuses

    • Location: Springfield, MO

    • Compensation: $85,000 - $112,000 annually + performance bonus

    This is an immediate need for our client. Start Date: ASAP

    • Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.

    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in CPG industry including field sales and/or management is highly preferred.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Manages and provides direction to all assigned district personnel in support of company, region and district distribution and merchandising goals and objectives.

    • Oversees and manages appropriate routing and call coverage of retail accounts to insure proper execution of distribution and merchandising objectives by territory.

    • Analyzes the needs regarding business building opportunities and develops executional plans for the utilization of district personnel's time and efforts in accomplishing specific company, region and district goals and standards.

    • Recruits, interviews, and selects new Territory Sales Managers in accordance with company recruiting and selection guidelines and policies.

    • Provides training, development and direction and measure results of district personnel using Performance Management principles and practices.

    • Maintains records needed to manage the operation of the district and insures accurate and timely reporting of retail store distribution and merchandising activities and conditions as well as reports progress, conditions and needs to Retail Operations Manager.
