    FP&A MANAGER  |  $125,000 - $140,000  | DIRECT HIRE! 

    One of the largest distributors in the Charlotte, NC area is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join their team. This is a Direct Hire position.

    • Pay: $125,000 - $140,000/year

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Location: Charlotte, NC

     

    Position Details: In this role, you will manage and execute the financial aspects of strategic planning, provide financial forecasting, delivery insights to influence business decisions, and provide subject matter expertise and partner with internal stakeholders and executive leadership. In addition, you’ll provide leadership to a team of highly qualified FP&A Analysts.

     

    Experience (preferred):

    • Advanced Degree (MBA)

    • Experience with planning and BI applications such as Anaplan, Microstrategy, PowerBI, and Tableau

    Qualifications:

    • 4-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance or management consulting

    • Financial Planning - managing budgeting process and policies, provide rolling 12-month financial forecasting, S&OP, and working capital forecasting.

    • Data Analysis - advanced understanding of metrics, ability to identify trends and predict data outcomes that shape programs and affect business decisions.

    • Management Accounting - evaluate the cost/volume/profitability of the organization’s products or services; perform analyses on internal KPIs as well as KPIs for target customers, etc.

    • Leadership experience, aptitude, and interest. 

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
