    CONTRACT | HR Business Partners Needed Immediately | $40-65/hour | Rockford, IL

    • Pay: $40-65/hour, depending on experience

    • Location: Rockford, IL (Onsite)

    • Duration: 6-Month Contract

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Number of Openings: 2

    Overview:

    A leading manufacturer in Rockford, IL is seeking two (2) experienced HR Business Partners with a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with management and employees to ensure a positive workplace environment, handle employee relations matters, and contribute to the successful execution of HR initiatives.

    This is a 6-month contract position based in Rockford, IL, specifically for providing short-term support and assistance. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered based on experience and performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a strategic partner by providing guidance and support to management on various HR-related issues.

    • Handle and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent management, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

    • Assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

    • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.

    • 3-5+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
