    BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST (CONTRACTOR) | BIG FOUR PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM | 3+MONTHS (EXTENSION LIKELY) | REMOTE | PAY $55-$60 PER HOUR (W2)

    We are seeking a Business Solution Analyst who will possess a strong knowledge of the functional capabilities of various areas and products, acting as a Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will assist the Engagement Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities related to the delivery of technology products. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting project timelines, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Interface with clients to define and document requirements for custom-developed or vendor software products.
    2. Create documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, PowerPoint presentations, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.
    3. Lead Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end-user and customer needs.
    4. Manage the Product Backlog for a product, collaborating with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define scope, and manage sprints for the project.
    5. Define and analyze business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
    6. Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to create and present appropriate project onboarding materials (Charter, Statement of Work).
    7. Take the lead in Testing and Quality Assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle. Direct offshore QA resources in the development and execution of Test Plans, Test Scripts, and other related deliverables and activities.
    8. Work with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    9. Assist the Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by the Big Four Public Accounting firm’s leadership.
    10. Proactively address business and project issues, escalating them appropriately when needed.
    11. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.


    Required Skills:

    1. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    2. Ability to create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases.
    3. Proficiency in MS Visio for creating process flows and diagrams.
