    Position Title: "Commission-Only" Staffing Sales Reps 

    Arrangements: Part-Time & Flex “Gig”

    Location: Remote (U.S.-based; preference for candidates with strong regional business networks)

Our commission-only sales program enables driven, networked business development professionals to earn highly competitive commissions by leveraging their relationships and expertise.

    Position Summary:

    The “Commission-Only” Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and referring staffing job orders from their professional network or business development activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong existing network of hiring managers, decision makers, or influencers in accounting, finance, IT, HR, marketing, or similar white-collar verticals. This is a pure business development “hunter” role; daily account management and recruiting of candidates is handled by PeopleCaddie's internal team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network, market knowledge, and proactive outreach
    - Qualify job orders using PeopleCaddie’s intake criteria and handoff process
    - Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, build trust, and clearly articulate PeopleCaddie’s value proposition
    - Schedule and participate in client intake calls with the Head of Business Development (or designated closer)
    - Maintain accurate and timely reporting of job order opportunities in the provided tracker
    - Collaborate with internal sales and recruiting teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to job order fulfillment
    - Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Experience:
    - 3+ years of success in a staffing, professional services, consulting, or B2B sales role
    - Proven track record of business development (not just account management)
    - Demonstrated ability to open doors and generate real job orders from professional network

    Network:
    - Strong, current relationships with decision makers (VPs, Directors, Managers) in white-collar sectors such as accounting/finance, IT, HR, or marketing
    - Ability to generate qualified job orders from both new and existing contacts

    Skills & Attributes:
    - Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Comfortable with a commission-only, flexible work arrangement (this is a 1099/independent contractor role)
    - Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and thrive in a remote environment
    - Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

    Preferred:
    - Prior experience in a “split desk” staffing model or with contract/interim placements
    - Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MixMax, Seamless.AI, or similar
    - Experience working in an outcome-based or gig/freelance sales role

    Compensation & Benefits:

    - Commission Only: 10% of gross margin on every qualified job order resulting in a successful placement, MSA's of new clients are paid out at 10% of gross margin on all successful placements (Perm and Contract) and all lines of business for a period of 1 year.
    - Up to $100K in Commissions per Client (Annual Cap); No Cap on the number of clients, payment is based solely on results and closed business
    - Flexibility to set your own schedule and workload (Part-Time, Gig, or Full-Time)
