Compensation: Up to $110,000 based on experience ($52-$55/hour)

What You'll Do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Help coordinate the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow across departments
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the platform
Assist with user training and support as the platform rolls out
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs

What You'll Learn

Experience with business process analysis or improvement
Ability to understand and document technical requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
Basic understanding of ITIL concepts
Experience with system implementation or technology adoption projects
