    BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST (SALESFORCE & DEMAND PLANNING/WAREHOUSE) | LARGE PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM | 6+MONTHS DURATION | 100% REMOTE | PAY: $50-$55 PER HOUR (W2)+1.5x(Overtime)

     

    Job Title: Product Owner / Business Solutions Analyst (Retail, Automotive or Banking Sectors)
    Location: 100% REMOTE (Eastern Time Zone Client)
    Pay: $50-$55 per hour (W2)+1.5x(Overtime) 
    Duration: 6+Months 

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Solutions Analyst to support the delivery of innovative, high-impact technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in CRM (especially Salesforce), demand forecasting, warehouse management, and customer analytics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including UX, development, and QA—to define requirements, drive execution, and ensure exceptional product quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define, analyze, and document business and user requirements for new or enhanced software products.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple domains and maintain a deep understanding of product capabilities.
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritize requirements, and help define scope and sprint cycles.
    • Collaborate with UX teams to develop prototypes and user scenario models.
    • Lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance, including developing test plans, scripts, and directing QA resources.
    • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with clients and internal teams.
    • Create key deliverables such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, PowerPoint feature decks, and user guides.
    • Conduct Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end-user and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with engagement leads on project onboarding materials (e.g., project charters, SOWs).
    • Proactively resolve business and project issues and escalate when appropriate.
    • Provide timely status updates and contribute to broader product lifecycle planning and delivery.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Solutions Analyst in the retail, banking, or automotive sectors.
    • Strong background in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
    • Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, warehouse management systems, and customer behavior analytics.
    • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira for project and backlog management.
    • Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
    • Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
