    Location:  Remote (Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zones)..up to 10% Travel might be required

    Pay: $55-$65 per hour (W2)+1.5x(Overtime)

    Duration: 6+Months

     

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Technical Product Manager to join our virtual team. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple software products and domains, providing strategic direction and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact technology solutions. The role involves interfacing with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and oversee product lifecycle execution, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the definition and analysis of business and user requirements for new or enhanced products.
    • Prepare and present project onboarding materials including Charters and Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Manage and prioritize the product backlog; define and oversee sprints and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct Design Thinking sessions to understand user and customer needs.
    • Create comprehensive documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, feature descriptions, and user guides.
    • Oversee all testing and quality assurance activities; coordinate with offshore QA teams to develop test plans and scripts.
    • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with stakeholders.
    • Provide ongoing status reporting to leadership; proactively manage project risks and issues.
    • Support cross-functional collaboration in a large matrixed organization.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience managing multiple software projects.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in Agile environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; familiarity with SAFe frameworks preferred.
    • Ability to travel up to 10%.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (limited immigration sponsorship may be available).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in tax-related domains or with complex functional requirements.
    • Strong knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile development and testing.
    • Proficiency in Azure DevOps and cloud integration.
