    REVENUE MANAGER (CONTRACTOR) | FORTUNE 500 | PAY: $45-$50 PER HOUR (W2) | DURATION: 6+MONTHS | REMOTE (CHICAGO)

     

    Client: Fortune 500

    Title: Revenue Manager

    Pay: $45-$50 per hour (W2)

    Location: REMOTE (Greater Chicago Preferred)

    Duration: 6+Months

     

    Position Responsibilities:
    The Central Revenue Manager will identify and maximize potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels. This role focuses on gathering data and analyzing revenue potential from both transient and group travel. The main goals include making strategic decisions, communicating effectively with on-property hotel teams, and implementing revenue strategies.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in a Hotel or Hospitality Revenue Management role
    • Deep knowledge and experience with internal systems: PrO, Reserve, RMT, Lighthouse

    • Strong understanding of external systems: TravelClick Demand & Agency 360, Smith Travel, Fornova/Lighthouse, and OTA extranet functions

       

    Specific Job Duties:

    • Daily management of PrO
    • Analyze weekly and monthly STR reports
    • Lead Strategy Meetings (120-Day Outlook, STR, Demand 360, and Action Items)
    • Analyze Agency 360 and support DOS/BTS with strategy development
    • Analyze Demand 360 to create segmentation and channel strategies
    • Maintain rate parity across all channels (using Lighthouse and implementing actions as needed)
    • Maintain the RMT system, including rate plan pricing, room type modifiers, etc.
    • Collaborate with DOS to develop pricing strategies for new and existing volume accounts
