Job Title: Systems Engineering Intern

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay: $25 per hour (W2)

Duration: 3 Months

We are seeking Systems Engineering Interns to join our Engineering & Product Development team. As a Systems Engineering Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing our robotic systems, integrating IoT software, and optimizing production systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment focused on innovation and rapid development.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and refinement of robotic systems for our countertop farm.
Support IoT software integration and testing.
Assist in the optimization and scaling of production systems and manufacturing processes.
Apply systems-based engineering principles to improve product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have academic or project experience in one or more of the following areas:

Software Engineering
Automation and Controls
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering (EE)
IoT and Embedded Systems

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, computer, or related) at an accredited Colorado college/university.
Interest or experience in system design, automation, and IoT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
