    ORACLE CLOUD HCM (BI/REPORTING DEVELOPER) | LARGE PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM | PAY: $70-$80 PER HOUR (C2C)/W2 RATES AVAILABLE | 3+MONTHS (EXTENSION LIKELY) | 100% REMOTE (EAST / CENTRAL TIME ZONE)

     

    Client: Large Public Accounting Firm

    Location: Remote (Central or Eastern Alignment)

    Duration: 6/30/2025 to 9/5/2025 (Extension likely)

    Hourly Rate: $70-$80 per hour (C2C)…W2 Rates Available

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP). Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep the module on track for a successful go-live. Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
    • Work with business units to understand their reporting requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
    • Perform fit-gap analysis against stakeholder reporting requirements
    • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Create complex data models, data visualizations/dashboards, and ad-hoc queries to meet business reporting needs.
    • Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
    • Analyze sets of data within Oracle Cloud applications to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
    • Perform a catalog audit to optimize existing categorization for better efficiencies.
    • Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls to ensure timely and secure delivery of information.
    • Create and update detailed documentation for reports, including technical specifications, data sources, and user guides.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.

       

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of experience
    • Experience building and supporting Oracle Fusion Reports
    • OTBI, BICC, BIP, SQL, PL/SQL. Power BI is a plus.
    • Backend knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture as it pertains to reporting
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
    • Ability to work well with offshore teams.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience.
